Mr Hong Tuck Keong ,41 years old, has been involved in fish cultivation industry for more than 16 years. He acquired the eel farming skill in 2003 from a famous Japanese eel farm operator and has practiced for 3 years in Japan. Based on the experience and techniques obtained from Japan’s leading eel farming operator, he is now an expert himself in eel farming industry.The current system created by him has proven to have a very high survival rate for eels as such he has been invited to many countries as a consultant to set up the system.
